Here's a great new video clip that will be part of a new movie called "Fat Head" by Tom Naughton. The movie is a parody of Morgan Spurlock’s popular movie "Super Size Me". Tom is a comedian and health writer and does a good job of pointing out some of the insane logic that is used to promote sadly mistaken conventional health advice about dietary fat.
