The survey, conducted by the National Institute for cancer research in Paris, showed that one unit of alcohol per day, equivalent to half the 175 ml glass of wine, increase the risk of cancer of the gut to nine percent, the risk of developing cancer of the mouth or at the throat, however, that the 168 percent.

I completely agree with the opinion, that the diet is one of the important factors for the prevention and treatment of cancer. Soy is one of the foods, which inhibits the formation of cancer, but it also includes many useful things. There is a lot foods, having them attributed to the therapeutic effect on cancer very much, probably even too much, to decide in this flood of information, what consuming. Market is a whole range of allowances, which would have been almost miraculously anticancer operation (from the various oils, juices, ground mushrooms etc.). I guess the vast majority to a greater or lesser extent in fact has beneficial to health and the development of cancer diseases, as on the other hand is impossible to enjoy everything, however, more difficult is to be smart and decide which would be worth for consuming. Probably the smartest way is to draws up a basic menu, because eventually the diet for different cancers varies, especially the difference in the preventive operation of food and nutrition in patients who already have cancer illness, or are under rehab. At least the proper diet is part of the whole spectrum, which affects the development of cancer can play a role at least equivalent to the way of life (stress) exposure to various chemicals etc. Some findings, which now apply, can be already dropped a few years later (if you remember a couple of years ago apply to the tomato pathogen cancer, the opposite is true today), so that it sometimes may be better to listen to oneself and to find a diet that meets us personally (even chocolate), and possibly also the extent possible a healthy and enjoying balanced food. Dairy products with lower fat content have a favorable effect on blood pressure in elderly people, showed the survey of British scientists.
It involved 2,290 volunteers with a high risk of occurrence of cardiovascular disease, of which 1,845 had high blood pressure. First they have to fill out a questionnaire about their eating habits, and then the group of doctors for a year monitors their health status.
Results showed that those, who consume more products with low fat content (average 631 g per day), far less Diastolic and Systolic pressure,so than compared with those who daily consumed at least of such products (average 3.1 g per day). Scientists have therefore concluded that dairy products with low-fat play an important role in preventing hypertension.

Nutrition Dinner- Salmon Tartar

Ingredients for 4 people: 2 young onions, 2 celery, 1 avocados 200 g smoked salmon, 4 spoons medium burning mustard, 4 spoons of sunflower oil, 2 spoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon honey, salt, pepper, 2 tomatoes, 8 slices crispy bread with cumin (Wasabi).
Preparation:
Onions, celery and avocados wash, clean, if necessary, Peel and remove pit. Like salmon dice.
Mix mustard with olive oil, lemon juice, and honey. Vegetables with salmon then 15minut marinade. Wash tomatoes, cut into strips. Place slices of crispy rolls and put Salmon Tatar on them. If you want, serve on the green salad, if desired, you can decorate with the lemon.

Dietary Recipes- Weight Loss Soup

For 4 people you need:

-1 stalk leek
-500 g carrots
-400 g cauliflower
-1 yellow sweet pepper
-1 celery
-600 g of cabbage
-2 potatoes
-2 onions
- 6 tomatoes
- parsley, chili powder, pepper, cumin grain


Weight Loss Soup

PREPARATION:

1-Wash vegetable. Clean the leeks peel carrots and cut in both rings and coils. Then split in small pieces. Clean yellow sweet pepper, celery and cabbage and cut in strips. Peel potatoes, wash and dice. Peel and chop onions.

2-Peel tomatoes, cut in quarters, remove seeds and cut to pieces. Parsley wash, dry and finely chop on.

3-Vegetables with onions and 2 l of water boil and cook openly about 25 minutes. Spicy soup with parsley, chili, pepper and cumin grain.

Setup time of approximately 45 minutes.

Pandora's GMO Box

Pandora's GMO box has been opened and is already unleashing a torrent of unnatural and unknown consequences on a largely unsuspecting public and world. The earth has plenty of natural diversity. We don't need to be haphazardly creating new organisms simply because a company can copyright it and claim ownership to force the rest of us to pay for it. Most GMOs are now approved with inadequate testing that does not fully cover potential impacts to the environment and human health. Many approved GMOs have already been shown to cause serious health problems in animal models on further testing. Not very reassuring. Also, most GMOs have been developed to promote business interests and not human health. Why should we be risking human health and the world's environment so that privileged businesses can increase their profits?

Even if we manage to close Pandora's GMO box, GMO pollen has already infected many non-GMO crops. Consequently, much irreparable damage has already been done. But unfortunately, the box is only opening wider. Many more GMO plants and animals are planned for release in the near future. It's time to act and put and end to this travesty.

So what can we do?

Buy Organic

In the United States of Big Business ... err America ... about all we can do immediately is to vote against GMO by buying organic foods. By definition, organic foods are not allowed to have GMO, at least not more than 5% at worst. If enough people switch to organic, businesses will follow the money. The rapidly growing organic market is a good sign, but this approach is not likely to stop the GMO epidemic.

Labeling

Push government for required labeling of all products that include GMO. Such labeling would allow more consumers to make their economic voice heard.

Change the Law

The best way to end this plague would be to take away the right to patent genetically modified genes, which should have never been allowed in the first place. This action would take away the financial incentives for GMO. Unfortunately, this would probably take an act of Congress.

Blessing Others: A Practice for Opening the Heart

“Blessings” is the sign-off I use in my e-mail correspondence. It was a conscious choice to do so. I was at a stage in my life when “Sincerely” was just too cold; “Love” a bit too warm for a general farewell, especially to business associates. I had to find the one that fit me the best. “Blessings” felt just right.

E-mail is but one of the many opportunities we have to bless others. Throughout the day, we have many opportunities to offer them well wishes, both verbally and non-verbally.

It’s easy to bless the people we love, harder to confer a blessing of peace and happiness upon a prickly other. More challenging yet, if someone has hurt or betrayed us. I’ve often viewed the presence of difficult others in my life as an opportunity for me to love more; to move from hardheartedness to openheartedness, from expectation-holding to letting go, from grudge-holding to forgiveness. Blessing, in fact, may be one of the most powerful practices we can use to keep our hearts open to one another.

Go Undercover

Without them even being aware of it, we can bestow our goodwill on another. Consider the people we encounter in the course of our day, people who may appear to be “invisible.” The woman who scans our groceries at the checkout counter, the groundskeeper at our condo, the janitor at our children’s school, countless others, too many to name. What if we sent a silent, “Bless You,” as we passed them by? “Bless you for your hard work.” “Bless you for doing your job so I can live more comfortably.” “Bless you for caring for my children.” And so on.

Send a “Body Blessing”

With folks to whom we are more intimately connected, we might employ another form of blessing—a “Body Blessing.” Some of us are reluctant huggers. We give quick hugs, embracing someone out of formality or expectation with no real warmth to be found in it. What if we took this body-to-body opportunity to hug a blessing into them? As we press our cheek or shoulder to theirs, we can silently offer them a blessing of health, inner peace, or joy.

Just Say It

Sometimes the direct path of blessing is best. We need to speak our blessing aloud, face-to-face. This is difficult if we have been raised in stoic families who frown upon such outward expressions. Or, perhaps we are shy about speaking our blessings to another for fear of their response. In any case, a verbal expression of well-being or gratitude may be precisely what is needed to deepen our relationship. A whisper in the ear works wonders; an eye-to-eye confession is even better. Engaging in this way brings boundless rewards, to both the giver and the receiver.

The practice of blessing is good for what ails us. It invites us to express gratitude for the presence of others in our lives. It reminds us to see and affirm their basic goodness. Blessing is so very simple. Two little words, sincerely spoken, can change how we perceive our world. “Bless you” is all it takes ...

Some basic rules:
I always ask people what they do, how they organize the activities in theirs life style to achieve a good feel that would be as much energy in it to achieve a beautiful and healthy look.
One way is certainly better, healthier diet, especially the way enjoy food.
Here are some of the most basic, most important rules of a healthy diet:

Drink plenty of water
Water is the best liquid. Approximately 70% of the human body is water or H2O. It is best to drink straight, what is the biggest part of the composition of our body. Drinking each other fluids are then absorbed into the body system and is therefore more difficult for our bodies.

Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables-EVERY DAY!
Fruits and vegetables contain (in addition to vitamins and minerals) a lot of fiber.
This food not only is the easiest, but also helps reduce cholesterol and fat absorption barrier in the body.

Well chew
All the food must be chewed very well that is necessary so that the food is practically liquid. On this fact of life in today's speed we usually forget this.
Eat fresh foods as much as possible.

Do not eat "junk" food, or. fastfood
From yours menus eliminate all "junk" food and fast food. Not only fast food in the "fastfood" restaurants, but also all the food that you make very fast for yourself. Did you warm in microwave and like it?

Eat 4 to 6 times a day

Juice fasting is a safe and easy way to detoxify the body. Fasting is not harmful. If it were, mankind would not have evolved as a civilization.

Fasts have been recorded in ancient history and have been a part of virtually all religious. For example, in the orthodox Christian church, fasts have been practiced for centuries and are still a way of church life today.

We do not recommend water fasts because they are too hard on the body. Such fasts release too many stored-up toxins without supplying the nutrients needed to detoxify them.

These nutrients, especially the antioxidants (beta-carotene, vitamins C and E and the mineral selenium) supplied in abundance in the juices, bind with harmful toxins and carry them out of the body.

Some word of caution are in order regarding juice fasting. Children under seventeen should not follow a strict juice fast. But fruit and vegetable juices are a great supplement to a healthful diet for your child or adolescent.

Diabetics should seek a doctor’s approval before trying a juice fast. Hypoglycemics may benefits from using protein powder as a supplement during the fast. Whenever you are sick, your body is sending you a signal that it needs rest – both from strenuous work and from foods that are hard to digest – along with plenty of immune supporting nutrients.

Juices offer great quantities of nutrients that support immune system, and the juice fast is a powerful healing tool. But don’t wait until sick then fasting. There is a suggestion that juice fast several times a year. You can fast from one t0 five days any time you like. Some people fast from one to five days any time you like.

The main principle of any successful diet

The main principle of any successful diet, a healthy diet also is adapted to the size of the meal. Even the healthiest food is low and can be reared, if we enjoy in excessive quantities.
The confusion is often guilty of advertisements, labels and signs, such as "calories", "low", "skimmed", "no sugar", "no fat", "diet" ... manufacturers such signs indicate products that meet specific standard, which generally means that a minimum prescribed amount of fat, sugar, calories ... This amount is equal to zero, this means that these foods may eat slightly more than those without such a label - and yet this is not always the case, however, because of hamburgers low the sauce does not recommend any recognized dietary regime.

The abundance of processed products are better faced by individuals who know that in the daily diet should include all foods, regardless of whether they are equipped with one of the delicious titles or not. Unplanned and often eating between meals, even if the low food will disturb your nutritional regime, made too many calories and you will reduce the potential for good results.

Fast Weight Loss

We know that cutting calorie intake and increasing calorie (energy) output will lead to weight loss, and nothing will speed up the process that our bodies need to take to accomplish this, if it is to be permanent. Fast weight loss is a health risk on it's own (can cause heart failure and liver damage), and is always temporary. It cannot be sustained. If you want a plan to guide you, choose a good one. Choose one that doesn't claim to be miraculous or even special. Down-to-earth ideas and guides are the way to go. I would recommend finding books or plans that stick solidly to the long-term benefits of healthy eating and exercise and whose plans don't involve steps that promise anything but that. Getting thin is the benefit to getting healthy. Getting thin on it's own terms can be dangerous - choose health over skinny and find the right guide to help you on your way.


Fast Weight Loss


The six main warning signs to look out for when researching a new plan:

- If it promises very fast weight loss, anything more than a pound or two per week - don't do it
- If it promises weight loss without changing diet habits or engaging in an exercise program - it can't work
- If it's promoted by "scientific" testimonials and pictures of "before" and "after" success stories it won't work
- If it involves expensive seminars, medications, or pre-made meals - it's a money-making scheme
- If it focuses on very few acceptable foods, and doesn't focus on a healthy, balanced diet - it's a fad
- If it points to simple explanations drawn from confusing research or doesn't cite the research references - it's a wash
